Just killed some merchant on accident Kali. Got an Uchigatana I can't use atm due to stat limitations, and some residence key. Died to that Taurus demon once already. Found some undead in massive heavy plate with a super large sword that literally took my entire life bar with 2 hits as well.

And my mom's mother just died. Sooner than they thought she would. Also, my mom is in the hospital. Strange way this day decided to end.

Time for bed. Hopefully another chill, do nothing day at work tomorrow, and then an early release

I knew about Starcraft from N64. That's how my brother found out about it, but he insisted that we get it on PC.

Goodnight all. Campaign was fun. I wonder if you got a group of dedicated players together, just how much effort would it take to take one nation over the top, and to take the Northlands nowadays. My Guess is that about 10 people could turn the tide of any battle towards victory. Sure would be something of an achievement, though perhaps tedious as all hell xD. Sure would love to give it a go thoguh. Everybody get some good sleep when ya go. I have to listen to my moaning and snoring brony roommate. /sigh He used to go bed later than me no matter what. Oh well.

Killing the first merchant isn't that bad of an issue, but you won't be able to buy a pvp item. Don't worry about it.

I wouldn't recommend killing any other NPC's though, they really don't come back if you kill them.

The Black Knights are for experienced players. Stay away from them until you're ready to take them on.

As for the Taurus Demon, climb the ladder and kill the 2 archers, then trigger him to jump down then go back to the ladder and climb up, then plunge down onto him.

He isn't that difficult to fight normally, but I would bet that almost all new players will spam plunge attack him to death.

What gift did you pick? What class?

That was a semi important npc for pre mid game. He sells arrows needed for getting the drakes sword. The sword isn't needed but for a first play through it makes it a lot less difficult.

Well pretty much everything in the game is hostile, so I saw something move, and lunged at it.. then he attacked me, so I killed him. He kind of just comes out of nowhere it seems.

Well, to my granny I'm apathetic. She was a bit of a... yeah. Really, I just feel bad for my mother. Even if she was treated like ***by the woman, she was still her mother, so at least there's that. As to my mom, it's probably just the flu, but she's had scarring in her stomach for years since the cancer, so with her you never really know.

Don't worry I made the same mistake my first play through lol. Just be glad it wasn't an important blacksmith.

After what you've said of your mom's mother I can't really say anything positive. Though I hope your mom gets better mag.

For the black knights, I myself think it's easier to just side step them with your shield raised (lowering after a block or two to recover) and backstab. Rather than trying to parry/riposte them. Only been able to kill one of them that way, just about all the others I've just backstabbed. Majority of them, it's a very bad idea to try and fight them where they are initially at. They are usually near a more open area that you can pull them to.

Got around 50k souls doing that before I got bored. Which was enough to get my elite knight set and my crimson set to +5, as well as one weapon to +10 and another to +5.

Now if only I had enough strength for my Stone Shield, but *** that str requirement.
