So I came back to FFXI only to discover I had 15 million gil sitting on one of my mules and tons of super rad gear for level 75.

if I decided to come back, i'm probably looking at like 10k gil ... and gimpy *** gear :(
I can't wait to do campaign and just demolish everything without dying.
But even when I'm weak, it's super fun for me. Probably going to take up a majority of my leveling career, and will leave some hefty allied notes to cash out on when I decide to do abyssea/voidwhatever stuff.

Should I switch servers... Hmmmmm... I do want to change my in game name as well. Anyone know a server that's very active during est prime time ?
15M? nice. I think I have just a few hundred k on Eikechi. I want to return in Jan, but I'm kind of torn.... changing servers needs to be free! :(

Would be cool if they had a sub-option between price and penalty.
Like $25 for a move with no time penalty and $10-15 for the move with that three month ball and chain slapped on your leg.

I'd definitely rather have the other way around, especially in my case >_<. I quit due to harassment and GMs not doing anything. I have no group to do ***with now, and I'm sure that dude did some damage to my rep anyways... I'm not spending 20-30 dollars to change servers. That's outrageous considering the age of the game and everything :(.

I'd like to try a new server ... but I dunno ... would have to find one that has people that wouldn't mind helping me get my gear back up to par (or at least... something that can be useful?) that and I have no clue how much a server transfer costs ...
