Well this is lame... bought a movie at the store I wanted... it has a digital copy (that UV/Vudu ***) get home, redeem it ... kewl it's in my 'list'

What kind of HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE lame *** *** is this? I want to watch this while i'm on the go on my phone ... or when i'm sitting on my *** in the hotel doing nothing... and they are telling me I can't?
So tell me again MPAA... how you're trying to prevent piracy... it's not working that well...

Well the thing that really bugs me ... is it's set in there to allow us to watch it on the go, stored in the cloud so we can access it anywhere... what they forget to mention is that in order to watch it, you are bound to use their program, watch their ads.
sorry but I just want to download the movie I purchased, not sit through commercials, or download apps (that aren't even supported on my device!)
In essence by them putting these "safe" things in, they're just promoting piracy even more by making it such a hassle to do this.

That seems to be the way anti-piracy stuff works. All their efforts to stop being pirating movies and music just seem to lead people to piracy. There's too much hassle involved with legitimate means of purchasing stuff and it's soooooooooo easy to just google it and find a direct download in seconds.
Pretty much what i'm going to end up doing.
I tried streaming the original Stargate film off Netflix the other night. We'd set up to watch it and it wouldn't work. When I looked into it it said it was currently unavailable. I thought, well, it's not. Google > 'Stargate Movie', stream going in 5 seconds. It's no wonder we resort to piracy!
The original Stargate movie was pretty dope. Not only did Kurt Russel actually do great (not that he's a bad actor, just saying he's not exactly known for his acting), but his co-star (I believe it was James Spader) did excellent. Classic flick I haven't seen in ages, and now want to. Damn you Aeyela! :P

I thought there was so much going for the film that, even in the likely event the acting was bad (which it wasn't) you'd barely notice anyway. The whole concept was awesome.
I prefer Michael Shanks as Jackson, though. It might be because we got to enjoy ten seasons of his Jackson but I just think he was better at the role.

I just finished watching SG-1 all the way through, it took about three months on and off! When I was younger they showed up till Season 8 on TV and I never did get to watch the Origin seasons. I liked them a lot, now onto Atlantis!

This is like my 4th time watching SG-1 and SGA >.>
The last two seasons were better for the presence of Claudia Black, too... Her voice...

I'm finding Atlantis hard to get into... It seems like the first season was aimed for a younger audience and after the depth and, well, bloodiness of the Origin storyline it's a little light! All I remember from the end of Atlantis (to what I've seen) isbut I have no idea how late that is!

He was pretty badass, but Ba'al wins my Goa'uld of the Year award. I was kind of sad they killed him off, he was actually becoming fun and amusing by the end of SG-1. =D

That's like the first or second season I think.
Oh good! That means I have 3 or 4 seasons of unseen episodes to watch!
