Just beat Megaman v Street Fighter. All in all that game was hilarious on a lot of levels. Definitely enjoyed it.
Lizard kill stage of Excalibur complete.

Actually.. as a RDM it's easier outside abyssea.
Level 68 mob vs level 88+ mob with as a melee RDM is a huge difference. Now if my PLD was geared up then I'd be cruising through abby. I'm getting so pissed at all of the alpha testers in 2.0 for 14 :(. Too many are begging to bring in XI's SC system. Or a lot of other "well we had this in XI...", or "in XI it was better because...". It really makes me want to pull my hair out :(. But the feedback forums are important.

And they've already taken and added XI's absolutely best and most attractive feature: At it's end v 1.23 was the *** ***. I was so much more engrossed in that than XI it wasn't even funny, and I played XI basically since NA launch on PC.
Skillchains do not fit in 14's playstyle, and personally, unless they had a cooldown of 1 minute or longer, I do not want them in 14.
Guildwars 2 did it right with Combo Fields. I'd like to see that in 14 more then Skillchains. exactly SCs don't fit. I liked the self combo system. It also helped I didn't have to rely on anybody else to do mine and others can't interrupt my self combos. I like to take my DD jobs seriously, and I gear accordingly and very well. I don't like waiting on some jackass in 5/5 AF to tp up to the level to SC with me, when I'm waiting forever to do mine. 14 eliminated that issue entirely and I loved it.

also that music gives me a headache mine :x I have no problem with skillchains and such. Working as a group can be irritating, but it's part of what MMOs are about. :o
