Random Thoughts.....What Are You Thinking?

Honestly if nothing else, I hope I get leve credits faster :(. That's what's hindering my leveling atm. Though I realize people aren't supposed to just push levels on all jobs.

Well teleporting seems to cost less here than in 1.23 (even same region teleporting could cost a ton in 1.23)

God work sucked. My first day at my new job and I basically sat there and read/clicked a mouse for 8 hours. :/ Was easy and laid-back as hell but damn was it boring.

That's basically what I do at home but it wasn't the same! There was no slaying of defenseless bunnies and other small woodland creatures; or any ogres, giants, undead, etc. to pulverize.

Alright, so today at ASU is referred to as "Reading Day". Essentially, the school is shut down and we have to use this time for studying. Well, my professor wanted to hand some stuff back to us and go over our assignments so that we could revise them before the final. So, we had "class" at a pizza place.

That's the setting. Now I have this kinda sorta friend who I hang out with at class, and I think she likes me because I help her with her assignments and like theoretic thinking and stuff, and me being the guy I am, I'll usually joke around with her. Well today we were talking about how what we learned in that class about doing social science case studies won't mean diddly-***to our careers, as most of us will never have to do one again. Then I said (jokingly of course), "Yeah, all I'm going to do is teach the kids, go home and jerk off."

She got really quiet then said, "On that note I have to go talk to her about my grade," and walked off then immediately left afterwards.

So, I guess I'm a pervert now.

OMG I really don't want to break NDA but quoting what a guy on the ALPHA TESTER FORUM said about 14... but omfg.. He basically said "we need to make this into XI but with XIV mobs/maps"... I really want to hurt this idiot atm.

why not make it into a vastly improved XI game that's little more mainstream so it reaches out to a wider audience but still contains that FF feel with a much faster pace XI style of combat but make it hard. but not overly hard where you need more than 6 people for an event except for world bosses and hardcore dungeons etc.

Because 14 was great the way it was. It has different lore/world. It's different for a reason. We don't need another XI.

Nah, the forums are where we can post feedback though. And some of the feedback posts are really spot on. They need to change the battle system BACK to 1.23's at the end. The battle system atm blows.
