Oh no sir. It's way more awesome than that. They aren't like super huge, so maybe it's not quite THE iron giants, but those were certainly devastating living suits of armor lol

Even the ones that are from XI as well (as well as other FF games) like imps, look way more badass in 14 hehe. Ahriman especially.
I agree that the Imps look much better, though. As do Soulflayers. :D

Soulflayers are being added to 2.0 as well. They just aren't in the alpha :P

I just found some level 45 monsters in 14 2.0 alpha... level cap for alpha I believe is level 20 lol. I used the sprint move to bypass about 10 of em, then I got clobbered lol. Iron giant mobs FTW

Got Lancer to 10, finished a certain quest-line, talked to the Yoshi-P NPC and boosted my level to 15 and bought the AF from him and haven't been on much since. Not a fan of Conjurer (never liked playing healer) or Archer (ranged job with nothing to hold the mob is kinda lame), so got kinda bored. :I

I got 17 arch, and working on lnc now. It's a lil tough to level when I used most (if not all) of my quest bonuses on archer lol.
I got my archer to 15 (ok 14, then boosted lol) might screw around on lancer but I dunno lol.

If I make a second character, I'll probably level CNJ or ARC via the quests and then do LNC via leves.

Probably just bugs lol, chat scroll was being goofy on me earlier.
only thing that really bugs me is the anima regeneration timer, so lame (doesn't affect me now, but once we can go to each area...)
It seems I get WAY more anima now than in 1.23

Remember we are locked to 1 area though (well a few but only one city) the regen as far as I could tell was still 1 per 4 hours (which isn't really alot...)
