Crab cakes are soooo good. I firmly believe if somebody says something tastes funny, they just had a bad experience with it :P

I love me some crab, and salmon. There are other fish I love, but those are my top 2. As a chef I like to experiment a lot as well. Seafood is great when it's super fresh too :D
You can have all the fish. :) Gimme a steak! or a really good salad, lol.

My specialty at my first major restaurant was doing salads :D. I had somebody come in, and actually ask the wait staff if I was specifically working because I was the "only person that did their favorite salad correctly" :D

Seafood has always put me off as well. Mostly because the texture throws me off for some reason.

How annoying. Still rooting for you though.
Do any of your friends have leads? I waited in college. I only got in there because of a couple of friends. I had the worst time trying to find a job the first semester my freshman year just because there was so much competition even for like part-time retail and waiting jobs.
