haha yeah I've been playing XIV for awhile now.

Unless you're a huge audiophile, or you're hooking up specialty equipment, onboard audio is usually good enough standard now.

I havent really bought any high grades, but have just about every Master Grade kit you can buy, still have a bunch I need to build tho ~_~
Although, I could be tempted to break from that for a Perfect Grade. So much detail... @_@;

I honestly never bothered with anything other then onboard on my other PC so I wouldn't with this one but since I have a 5.1 system I might as well dish out the few bucks to get the sound card so I can use it.
I mean I'm not going to buy one of those 100+ sound cards, I think I saw some in the 30 price range that would do me just fine (even the 50 ones I might splurge on)
