Actually the new content will have a proc system based on sythesis. In order to get a White !! you will need to HQ a level 100+ synth, and if you fail more than 3 synths per fight the NMs will rage.

I was my hands and turn off the faucet and open the door with a towel. Mainly cause I know at some point a guy did touch his wang and didn't wash and opened the door with his unsanitary hands
