I'm done with Pokemon, Nintendo are just cashing in on the loyalty of the fans now with games that are rapidly degrading in quality. Tbh I'd rather play red/blue or silver/gold again :3

But hey, that's pretty obvious by the fact that you'd rather play Red/Blue over FireRed/LeafGreen or Gold/Silver over HeartGold/SoulSilver. :O

Pokemon is hell, dude. There's a *** war out there. All those bug catchers want your ***, but you've got to keep pushing your Pokemon until they need to go to the Pokemon Clinic; assuming they live that long.

I prefer gold/silver to the newer games, not sure why. I think I liked the rival/team whatever/story more in that. Red in Mt. Silver was a big plus too.

Last Pokemon I played was Leaf green and its probably going to stay that way. No interest in the new stuff/no interest in a DS/3DS

They are still good games don't get me wrong, but the way the story just dropped off a cliff edge in Black/White was inexcusable and the inconsistent progression curve just screamed carelessness. Apparently it's ok to just throw more pokemon at the game to make up for lack of basic gaming elements.

Nope. I played it and enjoyed it, I'm a huuuuuuuuuuuge Pokemon fan! Not enough of a fan to blind me from the signs of exploiting the brand.

Then just how have they degraded in quality? BW/B2W2 are on par with PtHGSS, if not better due to the improved graphics, changes to the TM/HM system, and actually having a story in which the NPCs aren't all incompetent *** that sit around and wait for a kid to sort ***out for them.
The only thing that could be considered worse is the new EXP system, but that's purely a matter of personal taste. Personally, I find it to be much faster to level in BW/B2W2 than previous games (especially the grindfest that was HGSS). :I

My point was that HGSS is just GSC with newer graphics, more features, and 2 extra generations of Pokemon to choose from. :x
Although, I disagree with the minor change they made to Red's team; changing his Espeon to a Lapras to fit with the anime instead of the manga really *** up his team's balance. Nice that they boosted his levels by about 7-8, though.

One thing I loved in Sapphire was building tree houses >.>

Presentation went horrible. Neither of my team mates knew their ***which got me all flustered and pissed off when my part came up, and then the questions part of it was of course all me.

Afterwords the professor came to me and said that since we were the first group that we wouldn't be judged as harshly but that it was definitely not up to his standards :/

Wish it were tomorrow so I could kill some zombies in RE6 to feel better.
