Kernels are milky and silks are brown and drying, it says to harvest then and I've read that stage only lasts a few days.

If you mean by young looks small, that could be due to my soil, it's not exactly rich in nutrients and organic material yet. I'm still making compost to add.

Well, we'll find out soon if it really was ready.. Gonna cook it and eat it <_<

That particular one was ahead of all the others, so if it wasn't quite ready I'll know to hang on a little longer with the rest when they get to the same stage. Everything is still in trial and error stage for me minus getting seeds started and keeping them alive.

So I'm reading this book that I got at Goodwill last weekend, and a couple pages in, I turn the page and a piece of paper falls out. So I figured whoever read it before me forgot their bookmark. I picked it up out of sheer nosiness to see what their bookmark was, and it was a sticker that says "You're super cool!"
