I happen to love any kind of potato once it's been baked. Yummeh stuffs. Unfortuneately i've seen various restaurants bake a potato, cut them open, meat them, and only use the skins. So much wasted mashed potato potential...
Anywho... one of my favorites is the Cayenne Pepper Garlic mashed on baked potato skins with shaved mozzarella cheese

tried to watch Happy feet 2 and couldnt stomach it it was that bad. Switched the channel instead to Friends with Benefits and this movie is just as bad..but in a different way.
Finally saw Hunger Games.
