Thinking that I'm feeling a bit depressed and lonely and just wish I could shake it away...I'm pretty sure it's "cabin fever" though not in the sense that I need to leave the house but more that I need to leave this TOWN at least for a few days but I can't so I think that's why the fever has set in so early this year :(

that sucks. find some time and just drive away one day. keep going till you get lost. i used to do that all the time with an ex. just find an excuse to be somewhere new and GO!

we don't have a car :(

If I had a car, and a little money for gas, the kids and I would be going all sorts of places...that used to be our "thing" in the summer, back when we had a car, of course, it's been a good 4yrs since we've had one >.<

we did that last summer, it was super fun, the kids really enjoyed it but having the money for it was a bit of a fluke. transportation is so expensive these days /sigh.

Oh well, it'll pass. My kids' Godfather is coming down to visit in August and he and his wife are tossing around the idea of taking us camping so that's a bonus!

Sorry I've been kind of a bummer today (and yesterday), I'll try to keep the negativity down to a bare minimum <3

I hate when I don't realize that utorrent is still set to a static download rate. It was at 200KB/s. I removed the cap and it jumped to 1.8MB/s.

Yeah, you can have all the bandwidth in the world, but if you don't have any seeds you're SOL.

Kid's birthday party was a success. Haven't seen her that happy in a long time. I should not be awake this early due to the fact that I didn't go to bed until 3am. However my dogs' bladders don't really give a damn what time I went to bed.
