You can get Noba if you get an Anniversary Pet Pot. Or Kurodo/Manda, etc each works for a different build and I have 3 of them lol (TonTon is the other but ew pig.) Mizukage is a Jack of all trades though. So she can be whatever you want, really. Just she doesn't EXCEL at any of them. lol

I dun have her. I'm using Kisame. I have 2 Kisame's and 2 Sage Narutos.. I think the sages can be traded for her though. I can't get on now because it keeps saying "Server error"

You could just build her like you'd build Kisame since she'd work just as well. Her Secret Tech is water based. I think her Lv.2 is her Lava jutsu though, since Sasuke's Lv.2 is Mangekyou

***. D: If you do stuff (Like, go do a slot machine or something.) Or fight a boss or whatever real quick and refresh browser at like, :55 you can get a Low outfit purify stone. And then do it again the next hour for a second one.
Incase you're wondering what that means if you don't know. with 2 low purify stones, you can lvl your outfit from Lv.0 to Lv.1 100% Up to Lv.11 (Need two stones per level.) etc

Do it now, I just got mine. While you're at it, put Scroll of Seals in your want to buy for 1 stone each. Make enough to buy.... 100 or so.
