I've seen like only 2 decent camps and they're taken. Sob. COR can't use Almace! But on a more serious note... Anyone know how long it's supposed to take your body to recover from dehydration, once it's been re-hydrated? Last week, I woke up to an aching body (sore joints and muscles). At first I thought it was me getting sick, because that's how it generally starts for me. After a few days, I didn't show any signs of being sick except the constantly sore muscles and joints, so someone suggested that I was dehydrated (which is an odd concept, because I didn't do much that could cause it, and I've never been the type to drink water). It's been a couple days now since I started drinking a lot of water and eating potatoes (for extra potassium). All the medical signs that I'm not dehydrated are there now, but I woke up this morning with as much muscle pain as ever. Not sure if I need to wait it out a bit longer for my muscles to recover, or if I need to go see a doctor (which I hate doing unless I'm dying, because I could use that money elsewhere). Masturbate less or see a physician
go see a doctor, it's bad to flounder around in the dark and just hope it gets better. it could end up being something serious and if you just wait it out it could end up getting really bad instead of it being able to be caught early by a doctor.

Look at the colour of your urine next time you pee, the clearer it is the better hydrated you are, if its cloudy yellow eww then that's dehydrated. It sounds like you have a virus or something unless you have been working out and induced muscle fatigue. Muscle fatigue is also brought on by being deficient in calcium which happens to me when I do a lot of weightlifting and don't eat right.
I figured it should be enough to recover by now.
Muscle fatigue is pretty much how it feels. Like, that "Ugh, I can barely lift my arms and bend my fingers" feeling that you might get after a hard workout... Except instead of going away after a few minutes, it's been going on for a few days (forearms and hands being the worst part... I could barely take the lid off my son's cup this morning). :/ Calcium is another thing I didn't really consider. It's not really something I get much of with my diet (though I have been eating lots of ice cream and drinking milkshakes a lot lately). And I haven't really been working out lately because my schedule is different with my son here. So, it's odd to think it'd be low. Eh... Guess I'll have to consider calling my doctor and maybe she can fit me in sometime before I go to work tomorrow. Just hope it doesn't require lab work. I don't mind the needles, but that stuff is expensive, and my insurance never covers it. ; ; EDIT: And yeah, urine is clear (that's what I meant by "medical signs"... Figured I'd be nice and try to spare the visual). Which is actually unusual for me since most of my liquid intake is through Pepsi. I've had pretty much nothing but water for 2-3 days now (I don't remember which >_>). Chances are unless you are showing clear symptoms of a fever or virus you will need to undergo blood tests. Is it just soreness or are you experiencing tiredness aswell?
Did someone say virus? Any fever or sweating? Any rashes or itchiness, unexplained outbursts violent in nature, irritability, extreme hunger?
Just checking. Ramuh.Sagittario said: » Chances are unless you are showing clear symptoms of a fever or virus you will need to undergo blood tests. Is it just soreness or are you experiencing tiredness aswell? Soreness and tiredness, yeah. No fever, but at night I will FEEL like I have one (extremely cold, requires extra blankets). But, if it's something a doctor can't do anything about, I may as well just suffer through it like I have been. One time I had body muscle soreness for a few days and no other symptoms and was confused until my nose started running and got hit with a bad cold lol

It could be a similar scenario to what Chuuu describes, muscle soreness is an early sign of a virus. Possibly low iron levels but the thing is if it has just come on recently it's very likely to be a common cold or flu etc. Catnipthief Rygar said: » yup totally thought the stethoscope was something else :| What did you think it was >_>; ? Well at first glance the ear parts look like they are your arms behind your head and your eyes tend to see the grey part as your body over the black... I'm sure you can see where this is going.
