So I'm making bread again tonight (another attempt at making something like Subway's Italian Herb and Cheese bread) but tonight is a first in the fact that I didn't use any recipe, minus measuring out 3 cups of flour and the yeast, everything was done just by eye/experience.
Hopefully it works out =/..
Making dough is pretty basic though, and even when you do measure things exactly, in the end you still have to go by it's feel to know it's right anyways.

I make bread so often that I normally do it without a recipe sheet.. last time I completely *** up on the water amount and I ended up with this.. blob.. it was still edible.. with some honey and butter, but it wasn't 'bread'

Ugh! Trying to remember the dream I had last night.
Sleeping was hard enough last night but that dream made it worse... It woke me up three or four times over the course of a couple hours. All I remember (because dreams don't usually freak me out) was that at some point, my son was in some sort of danger of being hurt.
I even woke up at one point and told myself what I had been dreaming so I wouldn't forget. >_> And I'm usually good at remembering my dreams. It makes me sad that I can't remember it. :(
