ugh, feeling like an idiot...kids and I made the decision for spaghetti and meatballs for dinner at like 9am today but I forgot to take the meat out of the freezer, defrosting in water as we speak...

Felos changed his mind about going to his friend's house because we have nyzul tonight so he's coming straight home from work (this is like the 4th time he's emailed me with his mind changed so how knows what'll really happen lol)

house is clean-ish...I haven't done the bathroom yet, kinda scared to even think about it actually >.> the kids are cleaning their rooms...sort of...

OH! another thought for you...there is this song by Rihanna(sp?) I think it's called "What's My Name" (at least she sure says those words a lot) anyway in part of the song a guy says "The square root of 69 is 8-somethin right?" I have heard this song probably at LEAST 100 times and never thought twice about that part but my 10yr old son heard that part and said "8-somethin? I didn't know 8-somethin could be a square root mom." As he said this it suddenly came to me that the guy really said "ATE-somethin" and I almost had a heart attack...of COURSE my son would zero in on the sexual stuff...I just kinda said "oh well, I dunno" in response to him and he walked away but geez...it's gfetting closer and closer to the time when the sex talk needs to happen and I'm fairly certain neither I nor Felos is ready for that talk!

Kinda funny that he also asked me what S&M was because of the next song pandora played for us...(I told him "snakes and monkeys" I'm so terrible)


*edit* Oh yeah by the way in case anyone was wondering...I was able to sell a couple of things a little bit ago and so now I have a little money to get Felos a present, I'm thinking about getting him the abyssea collection thing on steam cause he's been talking about wanting that crazy chocobo hat thing (think it's called a destrier's beret?) for FOREVER now...what do you all think?

Watched the new True Grit with my Pops. It would of been better except he had a small tirade about how the John Wayne one was closer to the book etc. etc. at the end. He grew up on that stuff though, so I just sort of nod and take his word for it.

Well, I have about 5 bottles of good Italian wine to take to the office, either tomorrow or in 2 weeks when I head back to Italy (but eeeeh, why not party x 2, right?)

Tomorrow night I may actually hit the "Top of the Hub" restaurant, which has one of the best sights of Boston from the 52nd floor ot the Prudential tower.
