I can only speculate seeing as I'm not in game anymore, but I would expect that by now majority of people have leveled and geared any/all jobs they want to as far as auction house items go so the rate of purchase will plummet, especially considering most of the best gear is rare/ex anyway.

Spells like phalanx are never usually well stocked, so it's easy for a few clever individuals to control the prices and keep them consistently high or increasing, seeing as it is not an easy drop to get it will never really accumulate enough stock on the AH to start undercutting and a price drop.

Ugh got a package in the post today, I was so excited it was Mass Effect 3 and Sonic Adventure but it turned out to be an ethernet cable in a square box sleeve :/

I just had a dream about 2 friends, one who used to play XI who doesn't anymore who's being a super douche lately, even more so than his usual douchey self, really it was outside his house where I remember it started, so odd. The other was a dude who's never played, and is a severe drug addict (well OK I call him a friend but I don't really talk to him, I mean I'm not rude and I'll hang out if he's hanging out with my other friend, but we don't do anything exclusive, we went to school together awhile back is all.) but the odd part is he was in a room with floppy disks, hundreds of them, and some ancient macs, and I also dreamed he had 3 Falcon 360's in the backseat of his car that I was trying to buy off him, on top of that the last part I remember was him saying "come on man Dynamis just isn't cool anymore" and I woke up before I retorted "I don't care, I'm just farming..."

so yeah, way to start my day.

edit: I guess it may be subconscious guilt about each thing: failing friendship with douchebag, never really hung out with the other guy, the fact that I have an iMac G3 sitting in my backseat (had somebody wipe it and update the OS, my gf bought it at a yard sale and didn't have the password, and now she doesn't want it, and I don't know what to do with it...). I failed a Falcon 360 jtag attempt several weeks ago and it still pisses me off. I don't get the floppy disk part, that's just *** weird.

I tried to play XIV again, but the npc's still won't load randomly. :| jesus.

psh XI's always had that issue but very infrequent, it's happened to me in Mhaura (or maybe selbina, all I remember was I was at the boat, but I'm fairly sure it was Mhaura), and another time that didn't shock me as much so I don't recall, I just logged and relogged.

Yeah. Logging and relogging fixes it temp. >.> But it's so annoying to have to relog everytime I can't see a mob while it kills me.

I actually found the missions that had changing maps/objectives more fun to replay; probably because of the variety in them rather than repeating the exact same stuff over and over. :/

Thinking about getting DWG3 on PS3 for the Kshatriya and Deathscythe Hell goodness. And for Duo, Treize and Marida as playable pilots... :Q

ah I found that if you pop the front panel first you can bend the case just enough to take all the screws out, you'll have to bend the metal back a little when you put it back together but it's much easier.

and I hate spiders, bugs etc not that I'm afraid of them but I detest them, hence why I no longer dig in the sand at the beach.

It might just be that they are taking a bit to load, when I go to grab leves I normally have to give it a minute or two before they show up.

Also was people having sex in the parking lot thismorning while I was at work... Was tempted to go knock on the window of their car and be like "Hey, so people are gunna start comming soon. You might want to do the same and get going". My coworker just kept taking out garbage and making sure it hit the dumpsters loudly to mess with them. Yes we are terrible people I know.
