Yes I know. Not trying to take away from their work or anything, they are good mods I just think they need help for when they can't be on or get on. Idk I don't expect it to happen just thinking out loud. :P

Yep. Both are legit moves for Pikachu as of HeartGold and SoulSilver.

I don't remember it actually saying anywhere in the games that legendary Pokemon are unique.
If anything, the HGSS event at the Sinjoh Ruins states the exact opposite seeing as you hatch a newborn legendary Pokemon. :x
