Well guy came over, looked at my computer, ran some PC diagnostics that he could do here and said everything was sound (aside from my overstuffed HDD) but when I went to run the same stress test thing that initially gave me the problem I still crashed and poof shutdown.
He took my card with him (;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;) to run a check on his system to see if it may just be the card and he's going to let me know by tomorrow I guess what it is.

Bust out the canned air bro! open that sucker up and don't stop the blowing until it is empty!
Most clicking like that tends to come from the balance of the fans being out of wack, usually the culprit is dust buildup.
Only other moving part for conventional computers that I can think of is your hard drive. Solid state technology is fixing that one in rapid order though.
