@uzu: what moon said. leves are super fast below 30, and dont be afraid to try mobs above your level, you can always turn down the difficulty if its too hard.
also i usually go by every 10 levels. but it can be difficult to find gear for lower levels. i recommend grabbing some crafting tools and just go through all your raw mats. that'll get you 1-10 quick on crafts usually

Starting to see why it recommends being in a party for these quests...No idea what level it is because it doesn't say. Slight problem I've found with it is that it's a Data-type, and Bravo is a Vaccine-type so he'd have an advantage over me. D:

Tried to fight it.
Two Rising Destroyer's only did 1% of it's health. It hit me with it's auto-attack for 300.
Slow as ***, though, so it's easy to run away from. :x

Given how many times the Doctor quests have you fighting Leomons, it shouldn't be too hard to get an egg or two if you want it. ;x
