It only came out yesterday.
"Uninvited Invertebrate - DLC that makes Ultros of Final Fantasy VI appear in the Coliseum. The Arbiter of Time states Ultros has invaded the Coliseum, and wants him removed. Halfway through the first battle with him he will state he will lose if things continue the way they are, and calls for Typhon for help."

They could add Chaos. Then maybe if you beat him a certain amount of times, you unlock a Feral Chaos battle. :O
Shinryu could also be a good choice.
Or Gilgamesh considering he's been seen hopping around different universes in Dissidia 012. Which makes me wonder if he'll appear in FF14 with their ideas of including content from older FF games...
