Only thing I will eat with my hands is Mcdonalds burgers because I can wrap the napkin over the area to be held. A grease shield if you will.

Technically according to propper restaurant ediquit once any piece of silver wear is touched even when wrapped in a napkin said wears are considerd dirty and contaminated even tho they are wrapped up.
