I've only had one ear infection and it *** sucked.. I didn't get hearing back in my ear for like 3 weeks or more. The pain sucked worse than the hearing loss though.. Felt like someone was digging a knife into my ear.

Well mine isn't hurting(not yet at least), but I can't hear a damn thing out of my left ear...it's sooooo weird.
Was taking a shower, and it sounded like rain hitting a window or something on my left side.
edit: Like right now, I hear a siren outside, but it sounds like it's right next to me, to my right...but it's outside my left window, I'm trippin' D:<

Is "internet addiction" really that bad? What classifies internet addiction? Are we addicted to the internet because we come to a forum every day?

If you spend a lot of time on the computer, and have the will power to stop, but just no reason to, like you don't have any responsibilities that aren't taken care of or whatever, then I wouldn't say that is an addiction.. As long as you aren't neglecting other things or the thing isn't preventing you from doing them, then you're okay.

I've seen a woman curse out ER staff once because her ear infection though apparently very painful, wasn't deadly enough to get her seen by a doctor as fast as she'd like.

After hearing those stories, I'm going to try my best to rid myself of this infection before it gets too bad... :<
6 months ago, I went to the doctor, because I lost hearing on my left ear, wasn't exactly a ear infection, but it still hurt.

I think the point of "too much" is when a person can no longer function as a responsible or even a regular human being. Sure, there are people like me who are on the internet 14 hours a day, but I'm not losing my jobs or even forgetting to eat because of it.

Be glad it doesn't hurt and you have meds. I had to have surgery when I was 7. They put tubes in my ears and took out my tonsils and adenoids. Was nice not being in pain anymore though.

Last time I had an ear infection was when I was little (like 10ish), but I don't remember any of mine ever hurting real bad. Like nothing a little Tylenol couldn't fix.
I don't feel like sunshine.. soon i'm just gonna turn into some big bad hulk thingy
I really try to stay nice.. don't even know these people well yet, but god this one guy is just so *** dumb ; ; and he keeps ending every stupid, pointless argument with a ':)'
