When I first saw those kind of videos I thought they were using some sort of crazy switch/timer device to make it go to the music, but then I saw the sky move out of sync so I realized it's merely a time shot process similar to clay-mation.

Still badass nevertheless.

Eh? They are on computer programs with a USB + Power plug that you set which lights go on and off in tempo to the music. There's people who do them in my city with music playing from speakers that you can watch it live.

Ah, I see.
Perhaps it was the poor quality of the video that gave the illusion of a time lapse. Pretty awesome though. Might have to look into that sometime, sounds expensive, but fun!

I pre ordered sometime in july (maybe have been after then started pre orders? I don't remember) I hope I get an early slot, I didn't get CE only DDE
