Actually wouldn't the letter scale be best if you look at it in a school type fashion(for you at least).

A - barely existant thus is perfect in the mind of ludo.
B - not perfect but well above passing.
C - borderline failing
D - Passing at some schools failing at others.
Beyond D - failure.

I've always used C as a happy medium or standard without excessiveness which is really the key in quality boobs.
But there's many variables, I've seen Bs that look large for their letter, and Ds that look relatively small for the given letter too.
