Aren't all those whitening products supposed to be bad on the teeth? I've read quite a few articles about how it eats away at enamel/helps erode it, and that enamel is pretty much a tooth's sole defense, I don't know if it's possible for it to grow back, at the very least it's extremely difficult to get back once it's gone.. I've had a dentist recommend the Crest White Strips instead of having her office do it. Something about them not being able to guarantee an improvement and the whole cost thing.
White Strips help, but you're only supposed to do them twice a year I think, and any improvement they make can quickly be undone by going back to normal eating habits.

Yeah, I used to smoke and drink a lot of soda/pop/whatever so they got quite gross looking for a time.
