I don't hate the movies, but you also won't see me fangirl over them. Overrated. I can wait to see them for free in better quality!
I think fan-fictions of twilight from someone at least somewhat well-versed in literature could deliver something a little more fruitful than something that was created to appeal to naive, gullible, angsty teenage girls and desperate, lonely housewives.
It's almost like the perfect marketing ploy for maximum profit.

i don't care enough about the movies to wait for a decent copy online, find said copy, and sit down and watch it. its a shitty series, better visuals aren't gonna help that.

I know, I am somewhat biased.
It just annoys the ***out of me that so much Vampire and Werewolf folklore and mythos are absolutely ignored and a perverse HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE version of that is reflected upon an entire generation.

My problem with the movies is the acting is *** ridiculous..
Well I suppose the glittering vampire thing is pretty damn stupid as well, but it's mostly the acting that has made me hate the movies as much as I have.
Abri would probably disagree, at least with the later movies but I DO agree about the acting. Saying it's sub par is being pretty generous.
Ugh no I completely agree... their acting is HORRID. It slightly gets a bit better in Breaking Dawn but.. No.. Its horrible.
