it's not about stepping on a nail. it's a nail that's contaminated with tetanus from dirt. rusty nails just happen to be on the ground outside and teh most common way people have dirt/dust wit the bacteria injected in their blood stream.

Yeah I've had some pretty bad cuts and stab wounds from some very unsanitary objects.. The one that scared me the most was the rusty nail through the foot. Cuz that's what you always hear when tetanus shot is brought up. I remember once thinking what I'd do if I got bit by a snake, I'm a little less afraid of needles now than I was then back then, but back then I was fully ready to die just to avoid getting the anti-venom.

No Anti-virus is fool proof.

I go to a lot of nefarious places and I've yet to encounter a problem using it. If anything it blocks too much ***...

I just use Security essentials from MS lol Never had any issues.. but I also use malwarebytes and spybot ~.~

Oh dang. I haven't had a shot since middle school. They gave everyone a series of three hepatitis shots, and that was that. I don't have any needle phobias (I have two tattoos, for goodness sake. Needles don't bother me) but I just had no idea I was supposed to get get more shots. xD Oops. Well, when we grow up and have actual careers and a bit of health insurance that's not the university's awful health insurance, we'll have to go get caught up on all our shots I suppose. xD

No, it's not about it not finding the virus. It did. Well, the two files I hadn't manually found before even installing it.

The problem occured when it wanted to restart after updating the program. I can't even boot my computer into safemode because it wants to load a driver that won't load.

I'm so frustrated I can't even figure out how to get to the command prompt on Windows 7 without loading the OS.

The only thing that was changed was installing AVG. Shouldn't take this long to restore to the state prior to it.

hmm idk when I got my last one but its been way more than 7 years. Last time I step foot in a hospital was 8 years ago and that was for stitches. Can't remember far back enough for shots, lol

better go get one, your arm will be sore for a day, but it beats the ***out of lockjaw
