I'm pretty much the same way though, even when I get seriously hurt I stay mostly calm.. I pretty much refuse to go to the hospital so I have to stay calm so I can perform necessary treatment of the wound.

I decided to learn Spanish. Considering I've never been able to learn another language in my life, well, lol. My husband had Spanish classes in high school. He heard me reading aloud from the Spanish workbook and had to keep correcting my pronunciation and trying really, really hard not to laugh. He's sweet. xD
Also take into account rng if you have gil, dnc if you don't :P

It's super easy to make money even outside of abyssea these days, but even when I was a broke mother *** in 2006, I TPed in Demon and WSed in Kabura. Hell, even when I played COR I had the decency to blow 9k a stack of NPC purchased bullets and WSed in 30k a stack Steels.
Much to my dismay but I got the job done. I think RNG won't hurt me as badly as I anticipate.
Though I can totally justify TPing in cheap *** arrows for Campaign since the DPS isn't really making or breaking anything.
But on a side note, DNC would be a nice class to have around for various needs.

I just about American Pie'd myself (where he glued his junk).. Wife asked if we had any super glue, I checked and found a tube of it but seemed all dried up so I squeezed it to see if there was any left in it, but didn't expect any as it was wide open and it crunched as I squeezed it, it shot out, all of my boxers.. Thankfully I managed to jump back and pull them away from 'skin' before it managed to soak through.

Yeah that's a good idea.
Though I really should work on my alchemy and subcrafts so I can create my own ammo. I intend on using guns exclusively 70+ since I got myself a Hellfire +1, so looks like I'll be digging up lots-o-silver.

I remember when I was trying to get something synthed and I think I had to ask like 70 different people before someone was able to do it for me (I offered a tip for them but they did it for free)
Well I don't get it. They're literally just sitting in Port Jeuno for hours upon hours. I finally get a pop-up from FFXIUtil from their registered character info showing they got the crafts leveled up. I send a tell, they say hi, and I offer 30k for a dinky velvet robe I have mats for... they don't respond for 3 minutes then I get a reply "Sorry i'm busy"
