I think he was referring to the mistaken belief that the freedom of speech extents much beyond a right of speaking your mind and not getting imprisoned for it.

I'm referring to freedom of speech mostly.. Seem to think they can say and do whatever they want, and when that freedom is questioned, they throw tantrums.. That's my guess anyways..

People seem to think they have freedom of speech, which is the first amendment in America, on the entirety of the internet. This is only somewhat true. While yes, you do have the right to say what you want, the persons in charge have the right to kick you out. Just like in RL. If a homeowner (admin/mod) doesn't like what you are doing in their house (server), they can kick you out (ban you). You can say whatever you want in your own home or on your own website, but when you are on someone else's, they have their own rules. They are the ones paying after all.
