You constantly brought up "Japan" when you want to rant about politics. And yet none of your posts shows you actually care about Japanese culture as a whole. You never mentioned anything Japan outside of western political context.

Am I wrong about you? Maybe. But you haven't prove that you cared about Japanese culture outside of western political context, so it's your own fault because anytime you mentioned Japan you bundled it with politics.

How many times have you visit Japan? Have you ever live there? Can you speak and write Japanese? Did you study Japanese history and literature? If all the above answer is no then I fail to understand why you like to mention Japan so often and ONLY on political matters.

Japan is currently in danger. Not from Corpos outsourcing software production, but from Western activists pushing non-Japanese culture as something that Japan needs. To say nothing of activist localizers seeking to pervert Japanese media via misrepresentative translation, using the 90s space/budget limited translations as a bulwark against criticism by insinuating they're done for the same reasons.

If I'd known my preferred media were gonna be the targets of activists when I was a teen, I woulda hard swerved into learning Japanese, and sought to become a translator myself.

Shoulda, coulda, woulda. *sigh*

If only I possessed the ability to perceive the whole of causality. It'd make moderating a lot easier too.
