As a person who hates the excuse "It's worth the sluggish first few hours to get to the fun stuff!", I've often had a hard time not being brutally honest about XI's many barriers to entry. And now the game is facing some huge, unforseen mechanical issues at the other end of the spectrum as well. If they could tighten all of that up, they could bring in new and old fans alike.
(up until now I didn't know this could come in something besides black).
