So, if I'm following your hypothetical situation here and we are under the assumption that consciousness is a single point perspective, then it makes no sense to have it tied to a body that is decaying as the material that makes up our body will spread out over time. It makes even less sense to assume that it is tied to an arbitrary location under the ground or whatever. Therefore, if consciousness is indeed a separate and eternal entity, then it will exist outside of its physical shackles by utilizing senses that are currently unknown to us (if it has no senses with which to form a perspective, then it technically can't be called consciousness).

Last week I was thinking about some things...
Like in geometry classes. When we were taught about points, lines, etc.
You can clearly explain what a point or line is. Every dictionary gonna have a proper explanation of that. But try looking for a point or line in real world.
Then you gonna see that point isnt actually a point. Its more like a disc. Maybe not even rounded. Line isnt a line but some deformed rectangle.

I mean that he seems to know when and what exactly I'm undercutting him for. It's not that hes screwing up the price. It's that he can literally see exactly what to put it up for to sell first.

Similar to AH: you place a bid and wait till the result but there is no point, the result is decided right way, you dont even need third party. If you cancel the purchase it will automatically print the result.
So, maybe something similar to craft. You “read” the result then cancel it all, without the purchase but with the info about price.

It's a little sus is all. If I check the price, place, and come back an hour later exactly undercut by 1k multiple times. My bullshitometer goes off.
People generally dont undercut themselves, when their items sell. If you put 7 50k items up, and they sell for 100k, you don't come back and place another seven back up for 29k just because.

Honestly, though, I've always wondered how much a single person can do to try and shift Conquest. For all my efforts, I don't think the meter for Bastokan influence went up nary a pixel.
Also when I played actively, pre-Adoulin anyway, it always seemed like any nation's game. I remember one time Bastok and Sandy tied for first, and it did weird ***to the vendors. It was kinda cool.
It's also odd, because on Odin in the campaign era, Bastok owns like 1 more territory than the other two. I wonder why that effort doesn't translate to older area conquest. hmm.
