My mom does zucchini pasta and its good. Only complain is that zucchini itself is composed by high percentage of water (thats why so low carb), most recipes gonna become watery unfortunelly. Aside that, with proper recipe it can becomes pretty tasty.
Another option not listed here is popcorn without butter that I eat before main dishes. 100g of it isnt that heavy in calories but fills a huge bowl. Those are my food "cheats" to lose fat lately. Though I dont abuse it, like nothing should be abused anyway.
