This is why I've been saying for a while it was never going to happen. Naoki Yoshida runs that division now, and he knows full well what a shitty installment of a game can do to the brand. He was never going to sign off on something that wasn't great, and Nexon was never going to build something that satisfied their criteria.

So the new "covid movie" (Covid-23) Songbird came out couple days ago.
Looks like a good watch... couple famous faces in there. Been waiting for this one. ... Typical zombie apocalypse movie right down to the tropes only missing literal zombies.

That looks pretty good tbh, but damn how fast they made a movie lol.
Damn of course after getting the power ranger set of big figures, they come out with official ones. Maybe I'll get both and see which is better and sell one set.

Strict safety measures —including the crew being separated into three zones— frequent testing, and a small crew of less than 40 people daily, allowed the movie to be made in just 17 days. and with a budget of $700k no bloated millions on advertising either.
It doesn't have any extravagant ***, it's barebones, pretty great in that respect.

"Patriot" and NYYC goes 2/2 in their first two races, including one against the Defender, New Zealand.
I do feel like the kiwis are just messing with us like a loving father who lets you win in chess....but at least 3 months before it really matters the Americans looked damn good.
...and definitely better than the Brits who just flat out ceded their second race after just one length (there are 5 in the race).

"American Magic" starts out the ACWS with 2/2 for wins in day one!
the scary fact is seeing that the Kiwis almost approached today as "just another test day" and weren't really going full keel. "Britannia" for Team UK Ineos looks completely outclassed, but the Italians "Luna Rossa" still looks like a scary competitor.
For my Limeys out there-
"Britannia" retired after the 1st leg against "Luna Rossa", the Italian syndicate, a horrific position to be in after day 1 in races that last 6 legs. An incredibly embarrassing moment to say the least.
...to put it into monetary terms- for the past 4 years Team UK Ineos has spent close to $140million dollars, only to admit defeat after 8 minutes of racing.

Came home one day and father in law's phone and keys were tossed inside the front door with the door wide open, so we knew it wasnt him that placed them there since the phone screen was shattered.
We worried he got kidnapped or something but cops had placed them there after arresting him etc
