At the character selection screen there will be a load macros option at the top right corner, and”server” will be the first option in that menu.

Counterfeiting money costs a lot....and there's BETTER stuff to counterfeit on. It's like an equivalent of counterfeiting a Zimbabwe dollar vs. a US dollar.
