Lalafells are food... for everything. Tarus are food for Galkas. I think you could punt a Lalafell further, they've got less cranial mass.

Plus you aren't limited to terrain restrictions of FFXI like... a 1ft. curb.

I just did Lebros Supplies with a guy who was shouting for it. Figured I could join to get this taken care of.
We split up the areas, I got the 4 southwest, and the 3 southeast, and he gets the 2 to the north and 3 to the northwest.
First food I got was a stewpot!
Third food I got was a stewpot!
Last food I got was a stewpot!
I think I need to buy a lottery ticket.... I managed to not only get my 7 done, but the north group too before he got his 3 done...
