It did really well in japan actually so could hardly call it a failed game, it's only over here that it didn't go over so well.

There was an explosion at a nuclear waste site in souther France... The plant has not exploded lol... there has been no raidation leaks detected at this time. One man died and several others were injured.

The other thing is that when you hear the word explosion and nuclear in the same sentance these days people tend to think that the worst has happened.
