On that note, now that Ack allows me to post again, I want to say that I'm truly sorry about your father BR. I wanted to tell you two weeks ago, but that's the breaks.

I am currently at the tail end of a shitty September. Among other things, the worst is that my father has been in the hospital for the past 4 days now, and, like BR's, is slowly becoming incoherent. He went in for heart issues, but finds out he had a bladder infection. Apparently that infection screws with your brain when you are old, so he's been talking about things that he either dreams about, or something that's happened years ago (a few things about my mother that I forgot), or just things that doesn't make sense.

We were watching the news the other day, it was talking about the federal response to Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, and my father starts going off about needing to go save my brother-in-law from drowning there, and he has to go save him. Scare the ***out of me because he actually started getting out of his bed, not realizing that he is hooked up all over his body. Now I got to worry about him, after he gets out of the hospital, from driving off to who knows where.

I hate life. I'm just glad I can post again, at least this helps me take a little stress off my chest.

I also was just selected for an audit from last year's taxes. Apparently having a land sell that nets over $1 mil in capital gain and mostly nothing else on the return nets an audit.

And once again my sister proves to me how much of an idiot she really is.
