But on the bright side, it's a guaranteed 40 hours every week, I get an overnight and Sunday premium, and for the most part it is rather slow or outright stagnant late at night. Might be a good way to catch up on my reading. Been spoiled by Amazon's audio books.

You'll adjust to the night/day swap after a while and it's not a big deal. The more difficult part is maintaining relationships with friends/family, since it becomes difficult to find a time that's not terrible for at least 1 of you.
