Back before my alcoholic cousin stopped renewing his license, he didn't get it taken but figured he would and never renewed them, he was charging his car's AC. Early 90's, when you could still get R12 cheaper than R134a or...whatever.
He goes into the auto parts store and plops a couple cans up on the counter.
Cashier: "Sir, for a dollar more you can get the new R134a which is better for the ozone layer."
Alco. Cousin: "I don't give a *** about the ozone."
Cashier: "Y-you dont care about the ozone?!" [with a 'shame on you' look on his face]
Alco. Cousin: "Well, fine, gimme the ozone ***then."
To this day, he still doesn't give a *** about the ozone but complains about the summer heat.

Could swear a few companies have already done it, but it's a paid service, so the entitled of the world refused to use it.
Also, absent more background info on the song (are there any other lyrics?) I'm seconding Nik. I don't think that's right, but that's the best guess for the info we have.
