So I booted up this Zelda: A Link to the Past ROM Randomizer I found and gave it a shot.
Before I got out of the castle dungeon and into the Sanctuary, I had obtained Bombs and Titan's Mitt.
In Kakariko Village, I got the Bow, the Blue Mail, the Hookshot, the Fire Rod, and several Heart Containers.

I hope you get stuck trying to find the right medallion for Turtle Rock / Misery Mire unlock! =p
[EDIT] Also word of advice - read the patch notes with the randomizer. They go over a few tips as well as how they adverted a few soft locks (IE, items needed to unlock specific dungeons won't actually be within those dungeons) so you know there's a solution to every seed they generate. They also go through how some soft locks have been adverted too (it'll also most likely prevent you running around like a bumbling fool that ProJared was doing in his LP, lol)

So Logan was an incredible movie. Better than everything MCU related. I'm sure Disney is frustrated, all of their efforts to curb the popularity of the Xmen just went up in smoke.

Yeah I'm finishing his LP right now lol. There were many times when he's in an area and I'm screaming at the screen like "OMG, THERE'S SEVERAL CHESTS IF YOU DROP DOWN THAT HOLE YOU IDIOT!!!"
I read everything, very helpful stuff indeed.
I'm not sure if I want to keep going with this file or reload and see what I get again...I think this start is going to be hard to beat though!
Up to you! I think part of the fun is the randomized challenge so something is taken away if it's too easy to get everything at the get go. Of course you could keeo playing and see if you end up with the "WHERE THE HELL IS THAT ONE CHEST I NEED" that may be a Moon Pearl / Ocarina / Medallion / Cane for Turtle Rock / Magic Hammer =D
