Meh, certain places still have indecent exposure laws and enforce'em. I know for a long time, Connecticut had a Blue Law where you couldn't buy liquor on Sundays, which was abolished a couple years back.
Pretty sure a gross number of states and or counties have that on the books, WV comes to mind.

Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama also congratulated Nozawa in a message displayed at the event. He said, "Congratulations on getting Guiness World Records in two categories! I feel a bit proud when I think, 'It's only a little, but do I also have a connection to the records?'"
Nozawa not only voices Goku in the series, but is also the voice of Gohan and Goten. She's also known for her work as Dr. Kureha on One Piece and Kitaro in the first two seasons of Gegege no Kitarō.
