I kept reading that as "whine and dine" and asking myself what kind of date that is. Only now I realized the h wasn't there.

Not a big fan of portobello but I'll eat them
I prefer the normal chanterelle, "horn of plenty", and "Yellowfoot, winter mushroom, or Funnel Chanterelle"
As a kid I'd go pick them in the forest with my mom and then we'd make these sandwiches in the oven with them (bread, some sauce made with the mushrooms, cheese on top and then in the oven for a bit)

So I end up eating very little of them cause I spent so much time cleaning them :/
