Well with migraines you'll generally have other symptoms as well. Auras and that sort of thing.
Photosensitivity/photophobia can certainly play a role in triggering them, the tolerance of said pain aside. Then again, not enough/too much caffeine? I know too much/certain kinds of chocolate tend to give my wife migraines.

I keep my caffeine tolerance very high and intake has been consistently consistent. Haven't really cut out or added much chocolate either.
