Went for the follow up appointment for my wrist injury. Doc said I need another week off, just getting the strength back, so don't use the brace.
Thought I'd be back to rolling tires today, but I guess not lol. Silly me though, I gave my wrist the little dog test, and picked up my dachshund runt, Little Miss(weighs 11 pounds), and holy cow did it hurt lol. Guess I should thank that Doc, and never again underestimate the severity of orthopedic injuries.

if your wrist bone isn't sticking out of your skin you should wrap it in duct tape and get back to work!!!
