i had some leftover filet that was on the rare side. sliced it into chunks, cooked two petite red potato, and sliced those. dropped it in a thing of ramen the other night. the steak warmed and cooked up without getting that fuunky reheat taste and the potatoes soaked up the flavor from the broth.
was surprisingly delicious =O

Since everyone is talking food! I had bread for dinner (homebaked bread though, can eat a whole loaf its so damned good) with stuff on it that my kids call "Green ***" which actually is fresh herbs (dill, basil, rosemary, chervil, parsley, pepper and salt) blended with olive oil. I kinda like the name green ***.

tomorrow night i'm gonna eat some avocado. gonna slowly open it up by gently teasing around the outside of the avocado. slowly massaging deeper in, until i can freely push inside and gently open it up to reveal the delicious treat on the inside.
