Edit: Also I just reported Regicide's post, just in case any Mod jumps to it and thinks why the hell I did that, uhh I thought when I made the report I'd be able to write a brief reason for it but nope!

If they are looking to level it up yeah... but mostly there are just people who will invite anyone who doesn't already have one for whatever reason.

Since I suppose this has been parsed already I'll ask: is Doton worth inserting in the rotation or should I only stick to Huton, Suiton and Raiton?

3+ mobs use aoe abilities, and can use on boss fights.

Once you get Kassatsu at 50, if you use it and use doton every tick of damage from doton will crit. Same usage scenario applies still though.
