Filled out an online application for a job at a company I worked at 6 years ago. I left for a different job, but I`d worked there for 11 years. Anyways..the application process basically tells you if they`re putting you forward for referral or not and they told me I don't meet the minimum requirements for the position.
This is the same job I did for 11 years. So what's the deal? I did a job I was unqualified for, for 11 years? This is retail by the way, which I still work in, it hasn't changed that much in 11 years.

So my six graders keep saying "penis" in the hallways, still incorrectly, and I yelled at them that they were saying it wrong. Then just the other day after class as I'm leaving the room, a student runs in front of me, bows at a 90 degree angle and shouts in Japanese, "please teach me the proper pronunciation of 'penis!'"

Thancred was recruited by Luisoux from Ul'dah not their home land so it's possible Yda was as well... Y'shtola explains that the "mark" is given to those who prove themselves though, a sign of status of sorts apparently. Which is why Sharlayan characters like the scions, Montoya and Celie have it while the younger ones, Alphinaud, Alisae and Leveva don't. With the "given" part mind it's unlikely to be a temporary thing, especially since Celie would have likely removed hers in that case.
